Excellence in B2B e-commerce
When redesigning digital landscapes, it is important not only to create innovative solutions, but also to seamlessly connect complex systems. Arcmedia was able to master precisely this challenge for Brütsch/Rüegger Tools (BRW). In an ambitious project, BRW's web shop was not only completely relaunched, but also connected to a variety of data sources and ERP systems. This integration included product data management (PIM) and, due to our customer's international focus, various international ERP systems. A key to the success of the project was the seamless data integration, which was specially optimised for subsequent processing in BRW's own state-of-the-art logistics centre. This strategic move enabled BRW to optimise its digital operations and open a new chapter in its international market positioning.
