How we work
Kick-off meeting

Detailed tracking plan
Armed with the findings from the kick-off meeting, we prepare a detailed tracking plan. This defines all the KPIs you need and a strategy for measuring them correctly. It also sets out all the steps needed to implement the strategy successfully.
Technical implementation
Next comes technical implementation. First and foremost this means installing and connecting various tracking tools, such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console, or perhaps Hotjar or SalesViewer. Our in-house development team will be on hand to help with any questions you may have. As a digital analytics agency, we remain your single point of contact.
Now we measure how well your solution is working
Measurement of your data begins immediately the various tracking tools are in place. We make sure that tracking is functioning correctly and optimise your setup if needed. It usually takes a little time before you can draw useful conclusions from the data.

We mainly work with the free tracking tools provided by Google (GA 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, etc.). By installing and integrating these systems, you can access extensive reports and insights into user behaviour in your target audience. Together we determine which conversions should be measured. You can keep an eye on everything in your customised Google Looker dashboard.
