STUcard success story: A customised and successful solution with Arcmedia and Jaywalker.

As the successful inventor of the renowned STUcard, Jaywalker sets high quality standards for its digital solutions. In a long-standing partnership, we not only developed a comprehensive and extremely complex partner management solution, but also integrated an email marketing strategy to promote dialogue with thousands of STUcard users. Our support ranges from process optimisation and CRM to comprehensive digital marketing strategies. The result is a customised solution with numerous outstanding features. Starting with a powerful backend that offers interfaces to the Swiss cantonal banks, through an extension that optimises partner management, to popular functions such as competitions on the STUcard platform. The newsletter, which is sent out regularly, always generates enthusiasm among users. Overall, this is a comprehensive, far-reaching and innovative project that is characterised by continuous further development.

The user experience

Partner management is a central pillar for the successful operation of the STUcard and has been equipped with a wide range of functions. These include location-dependent content that makes it much easier to find STU offers. Another notable success is the jointly developed STUcard competition solution, which attracts numerous young people. The newsletter solution, which is seamlessly integrated via an API, is also an essential tool for effective member marketing. The modern and responsive email templates ensure optimal presentation on all end devices and make a significant contribution to user loyalty.

Arcmedia relied on customised software development with extensive database modelling to implement the project. The front and back-end development was based on PHP, which created a flexible and powerful technological foundation. STUcard: Jaywalker's marketing masterpiece

Jaywalker was founded in May 2005 by five dedicated students and has since taken on a leading role in Swiss student and youth marketing. The company has specialised in particular in launching and managing the STUcard, which they developed and which originated in the Lucerne market. Jaywalker has been a partner of various Swiss cantonal banks since 2007 and coordinates all student and youth marketing for the popular benefit card.
