Ensuring that your platform functions exactly as you envisaged is a key priority for us. That is why our developers monitor your platform even after go-live. We review possible updates and recommend them to the customer. A custom SLA guarantees that you won’t have to worry about technical issues.
Rapid response to support requests
Facing a challenge and need support? With Arcmedia you will have a single point of contact (SPOC) who will direct your request to the appropriate team. Alternatively, Arcmedia also offers a support service with rapid response times guaranteed. For simple problems we provide help straight away, while for more complex problems a separate situation analysis is required first. We supply all the necessary resources for this.
